    اصغر مشبکی متولد 1331 اصفهان بوده که در یک خانواده مذهبی و فرهنگی متولد شده است. گس از پایان مقطع دبیرستان و فارغ التحصیل شدن از دبیرستان هراتی در رشته ریاضی در سال 1350 موفق به اخذ دیپلم ریاضی شده و بلافاصله در دانشگاه اصفهان در رشته مدیریت علوم اداری پذیرفته شدم و در سال 1354 از دانشگاه اصفهان فارغ التحصیل شدم سپس در این سال پس از گذراندن امتحان اعزام برای ادامه تحصیل به کشور آمریکا سفر کرده و به مدت 11 سال موفق به گذراندن فوق لیسانس و دکترا در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی از دانشگاه فلوریدا شدم. سپس در در سال 1985 به ایران مراجعت و مستقیم به دانشگاه اصفهان به عنوان عضو هیات علمی پذیرفته و مشغول شدم. سپس در سال 1369 به دعوت معاون رییس جمهور و دبیرکل سازمان امور اداری و استخدامی کشور به تهران منتقل و در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس ضمن انجام وظایف علمی و پژوهشی به عنوان معاون طرح و برنامه سازمان مشغول شدم.در این اثنا به عنوان مدیر گروه مدیریت دانشگاه تربیت مدرس به مدت 5 سال نیز انجام وظیفه کردم.

    Abstract

    Objective This qualitative research is looking for finding the diversification strategy mechanism in private Iranian multibusiness firms in content, context and process framework. We explore diversification from top manager’s view to find its main categouries and generate its model for future optimizations. Methodology We used qualitative method and systematic grounded theory approach. The research population are top managers who have contribution in diversification decisions and process in their companies.
